A: When you are getting CAC Message: Can't be later than the submit date or earlier than 2000., please make sure that none of the dates on the Progress Report are later than today's date (Date of AWA intake, Date JA sent to attending provider, Date of attending provider review of JA):
If any of these dates are future dated (in the above screen shot, the year on the AWA intake is 2915), update them to the correct dates and try to submit the Progress Report again.
