When you want to send a fax unrelated to a claim in Gardiant Works, you can use your email to compile the documents you want to fax and sent it.
You can send faxes to any fax machine in the U.S. or Canada by:
~ Addressing an email with the format "[email protected]",
Example: In order to send a fax to 303-555-1212, send the email [email protected].
~ Attaching the file(s) you want faxed,
~ Sending the email.
NOTE: Do not use punctuation or the leading 1 when you are entering the email address.
You will receive two confirmations: the first is to let you know the email has been received by Faxage; the second is to let you know whether the fax was successful or if it failed.
