Notice the format of the TXT file title when the EDI invoice is created in Gardiant Works and download it to your computer in order to upload it to L&I's Provider Express Billing (PEB) site:
The numbers at the end of the title have the Gardiant Works invoice number, underscore, and four random numbers:
The last four numbers are completely random and you should not go by them if you have downloaded the same invoice to your computer multiple times before uploading it to PEB. In order to make sure that you are uploading the correct invoice to PEB, please look at the Date modified field and use the most recently downloaded invoice:
