Attached are document templates created by Gardiant for Nurse Case Management Progress Reports.
You can save the document(s) to your computer and then upload it/them to Gardiant Works under the Document Templates on the Admin tab.
The documents already have Gardiant template tags, but please double check that they meet your expectations.
Feel free to make any changes to meet your needs before uploading the document(s) to Gardiant.
