The Case Note Review report can be used when you want to review case note billing, including the full Description for the case note. It is also useful to monitor the case note verbiage for new VRCs or interns.
The report contains Professional Hours, Travel/Wait Hours, and Miles, Activity Type, Service and Description for each case note for a quick and complete overview.
This is the only report that shows the full Description field for a case note. The report must be exported to Excel to see more than about 50 characters of the description. Once in Excel, you can select the Description column, expand it, and specify Text Wrap to see the entire description. (see related article at the top of this article with more detailed instructions)
