The Correspondence tab in Claim Works is intended to track emails, faxes, and texts to create a Correspondence Log. This log contains incoming and outgoing messages along with their attachments:
You can also log correspondence without sending or receiving the message through Claim Works by clicking on the [+] button and selecting the Log Correspondence option from the menu:
Fill out at least the required fields and Save:
From each correspondence item, you have the option to create a Case Note, To-Do, Appointment (use the drop-down button), Email, Fax, Edit, or Delete:
