If your firm has signed up for the fax service through Claim Works, you will notice the Fax tab at the top of your screen, along with the Dashboard and Cases tabs.
Under this tab you can see a log of sent and received faxes, a real-time status of faxes, the option to cancel a fax if it hasn’t started transmitting yet, and view confirmation sheets and full contents of past sent faxes.
