In Chrome, click on the ellipsis at the top, right-hand corner of the browser to start the process of clearing the cached images.
From the drop-down menu, select More Tools:
And click on Clear browsing data… (Ctrl+Shift+Del):
In the pop up window, make sure the time range is set to All time and there is a check on Cached images and files. Then click Clear data:
Once these steps are completed, use Ctrl+R on the Gardiant browser tab that you have open, and access Gardiant Works again.
