Updated over a year ago

Run the Case Audit report to respond to an audit targeting a specific case or cases, or to provide a complete snapshot of a case for offline reference.

This is a case-level audit report giving a snapshot of the selected case for a specified date range, including all case notes with descriptions, related documents, and related contacts.

The contents include: Claim Information, Referral Information, Budget Summary, list of Case Notes, list of Documents received/uploaded during the date range, and a list of Case Contacts active during the date range:

The Case Note list shows the Timekeeper VRC, activity type, units and charges, related contacts, related documents, and description.

  • Case parameter (required) is visible only in the Admin version of the report (not in the version available from the link within the case, where the parameter is pre-populated with the right case automatically - see related article at the top of this article). Admins can use this parameter to run the report for any case without opening the actual case.

  • Earliest Complete Date and Latest Complete Date (required) are applied to filter case notes to what has been completed within the date range.

Note:

  • If an audit covers multiple cases or referrals for the same claim, the report will need to be run for each affected case related to that claim.
