[Admin report] Claim Lag Times

Updated over a year ago

The Claim Lag Times report shows lag times in days based on five dates: Date of Injury, Referral Date, Date Received at L&I, Date of First Activity, Last Activity Completed Date. The dates are calculated and presented in an Excel friendly view, giving insight into the life-cycle of a claim from Date of Injury to the Last Activity that was done for the claim.

- create or complete a Case Note.

  • Only actions taken by non-Gardiant users are considered to determine the earliest action.

  • Any custom tags assigned to the case or to the account associated with the case will show up in the Case Tags and Account Tags columns at the far right of the report.
