Updated over a year ago

In order to run the Cases and Claims Data Export report, go through the Reports tab and the Bulk Data Extracts sub-tab:

The report includes all the basic information about the claim, the most current claim budget, a summary of work history, and projected losses according to L&Iโ€™s formula for calculating retro claim losses (along with the factors used in the calculations). The report also includes case-level information such as status, referral info, case budget, billable and non-billable hours, last activity completed, etc. Information such as Account Name, L&I Account Number, and Location is present to facilitate potential comparisons with the summary data in the accounts report.

The bulk data extract reports can be used to export data to systems external to Gardiant, or to create customized reporting workbooks that perform additional calculations using the raw data, with raw data being refreshed for each reporting period by copying the data contents from the csv file (opened in Excel) to the Excel workbook.

Note: The Cases and Claims Export report is reviewing and presenting a lot of data so it may take several minutes to run.
