My Cases Billing report shows a summary of all billing on cases for which you are Referred VRC or Lead VRC, and the details for each case note below the summary. Results include enough detail to identify the Timekeeper, case note, and charge type involved in each charge.
Parameters:
Start and End Date parameters (required) are applied to filter case notes to what has been completed within the date range. The report runs automatically with a default date range of the most recent two weeks.
Check for draft case notes (completed but not submitted) prior to payroll or billing by selecting Draft in the Case Note Status parameter (required). Or view only Invoice or Submitted case notes, or all statuses (the default value).
Accounts parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to a specific account or group of accounts. If left showing None Selected, then all active and inactive accounts (including any internal, administrative accounts) will be included in the results.
^Let me pick inactive accounts^ checkbox determines whether inactive accounts are included in the choices for selection in the Accounts parameter. To see only active accounts, leave the checkbox unchecked (the default selection), and Select all from the Accounts parameter.
Service parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to a particular service or services. If left showing None Selected, then all services will be included.
Focus in on a specific VRC or group of VRCs using the Timekeeper VRC parameter.
Sort By parameter allows flexible sorting for different purposes (Date Completed, Claim Number, or Timekeeper VRC).
Focus in on a specific claim's billing by typing in the claim number into the Claim# parameter text box.
Notes:
My Cases Billing report is designed for export to Excel for further filtering and analysis.
Charge Types include: Prof. Hrs., Flat Rate, Travel/Wait, Mileage, and Expense.
From and To Dates in the summary tables are reflected when the work was done (Completed Date):
The Status Date column, at the far right of the Combined Details table, shows the date of the most recent status (for Draft status this is the date the case note was created):
