On the LMS page, click [+LMS] and choose Search existing LMSs:
Gardiant Works displays the Search Existing LMSs page:
By default, only banked Word documents or Gardiant Tool LMSs are displayed. In the search results, there are icons to designate whether the LMS was created with the Gardiant tool, or if it is a Word document LMS.
Change the Search in field to All LMSs to include non-banked LMSs in the results:
You can also expand the search to include all firms in your Gardiant account.
You can narrow the search for LMSs that have been authored or updated by a particular user, survey area, or within a particular span of time.
You can search by DOT Job Title or DOT number.
You can search for a particular Employer Contact contained within a tool-based LMS. Because the Employer Contacts of a Word document LMS are embedded in the file, they cannot be included in the search.
After you find the LMS you want, you click Preview or the DOT Title name of the LMS to open it in preview mode.
On the preview page, you can see information about the LMS. If the LMS was created with the Gardiant LMS tool, then you can see its Employer Contacts.
Click Add to Case to add this LMS to the case where you started your LMS search, or click Back to Search if you want a different LMS.
After clicking Add to Case, the LMS is displayed in the list of the case’s LMSs.
Click Edit to make changes.
Click Generate Document to create an LMS document with the current case’s worker name.
You can also add this LMS to the bank.
