Once a billable case is created, the Customer Account, Service, or Rate Schedule for that case can be changed from the Case Info tab:
Choose from the selections that are already associated with the account or service:
If a rate schedule has been changed before, you will be able to see the history by hovering over the icon next to the View link:
If you click on the View link next to the Rate Schedule, you are able to see the details (read-only) for the rate schedule. To edit the information for the Rate Schedule, you need to go through the Admin tab.
