Services (with Activities, Outcomes, and Rate Schedules) – from this sub-tab you are able to:
Create, edit or deactivate/reactivate services,
Associate activities and outcomes with each service,
Associate one or more rate schedules with each service,
Associate a service with one of more Accounts.
To add a new service, go to the Admin tab > Services sub-tab > +Service and select the Billable option:
Fill out the information on the form:
Once the new service is created, you are able to further edit it by adding Activities, Outcomes, or Rate Schedules, or assigning it to an Account:
To edit an existing service, select the Service from the Active list.
Note: You do NOT need to create different services with a small variation in the name to charge a different rate.
If you know that a service should be on the list but are not able to see it, please click the Inactive radio button to see if the service has been deactivated:
