The first step we recommend taking before deactivating a user from Gardiant is to run [Admin report] Billing Case Note Details to see what outstanding billing is there for the user in question so you can decide what action(s) to take.
In order to deactivate a user's Gardiant Works profile, go to the Admin(1) tab > Users(2) sub-tab > click the Deactivate(3) link for the user in question:
Click on the Change of Staff Checklist link in the message to open that article in a new browser tab, confirm that you want to deactivate the user, and then go through the checklist to take any additional action necessary:
The account will be suspended immediately (the person will not be able to log in or will get kicked out if they are already logged in) and their name will be listed on the Inactive users list.
If you want to reactivate a person's Gardiant Works profile, click the Activate link on the Inactive users list for the person in question:
