Have you ever wondered: What type of activities are you using as a firm? How much time does a VRC spend on a specific activity? What is the total number of units/charges billed for different activities? You can find out the answer to these questions and others by running the Billing Case Note Details report and using the Pivot Table feature in Excel.
First, run the Billing Case Note Details report in Gardiant from the Reports tab and the Billing Reports sub-tab. Once the report comes back with results, export it to Excel.
From here, you have two options:
Use the data in Excel to create a Pivot table (click on the link for detailed instructions)
Use Gardiant template (click on the link for detailed instructions)
