When you first start using documents from Gardiant Works in the Chrome browser, each document will download and show in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window (1) waiting for you to click on each one of the documents to open:
Right click on the document (2) and choose to Always open files of this type (3). This eliminates the step of clicking a second time to open each downloaded document going forward.
Note: You will need to perform these steps once for each file type (.docx, .doc, .pdf, etc.).
