In the Settings menu (the gear icon next to your name and firm title), you can access the Notification settings for Claim File Note Added:
By clicking on “customize…” you can subscribe to any of the 36 different types of Claim File Notes related to Claim Status, Medical Activity, Orders and Forms, and more, associated to cases/claims for which you are Lead VRC or Referred VRC:
