Use the My Case Notes Review report to review case note billing and the description text for all your completed case notes.
In order to see the full description for the case notes, the report must be exported to Excel and the Description column formatted to Autofit Row Height in Excel’s Format area (see the related article at the top of this page for more detailed instructions).
You can also check the billing info, completion date, and who completed it.
Parameters:
Start and End Date parameters (required) are applied to filter case notes to what has been completed within the date range. The report runs automatically with a default date range of the most recent two weeks.
By selecting the appropriate choice in the Your Case Role parameter you can define “my” as:
1) everything you completed (Timekeeper role),
2) everything completed by everyone on cases for which you are Lead VRC, or
3) everything completed on cases for which you are Referred VRC.
Accounts parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to a specific account or group of accounts. If left showing None Selected, then all active and inactive accounts (including any internal, administrative accounts) will be included in the results.
Include Billable or Non-Billable parameter (required) lets you show only billable, only non-billable, or both types of activities. The default value is Billable.
Note: There is currently a limitation of 32,000 characters on the length of text that can be displayed in the Excel output.
