My Scheduled Activities Report

Updated over a year ago

My Scheduled Activities report allows you to review scheduled activities (including To-Dos, Appointments, Firm Goals, and Ad hoc Goals), or the scheduled activities of those working on cases for which you are Lead VRC. See items that are completed or due during the date range, in the past and in the future, across all your cases.

  • Show items where I am… parameter determines whether results include only items to which you are assigned, or all items for your Lead VRC cases for all assignees, or both. Default value is Lead VRC.

  • Task Types to Include parameter allows selection of one or more types of scheduled activities (To-Dos, Appointments, Firm Goals, and Ad hoc Goals), or all of them. The default is None selected which will show all task types.

  • Start and End Dates filter the results to only those activities having Due Date or Complete Date within the date range, or for Appointments, the Appointment Date or Complete Date is within the range. The report is preset to run for two weeks in the past through two weeks in the future, but you can specify any date range you are interested in.

  • Show Completed Activities? parameter determines whether only completed, only incomplete, or both complete and incomplete activities are included in the results. The default value is Completed and Incomplete.

  • Case Open/Close Status parameter allows you to limit the results to only open cases, or only closed cases, or both. The default value is Open and Closed.

  • Service parameter allows you to narrow the results to a particular service or services. If left showing None selected, then all services will be included.

  • Sort By parameter defaults to Due Date to show the oldest/most overdue at the top. Sort by Claimant, Assigned To, or Case Lead if you want to group things by claimant or user role.

Notes:

  • The My Scheduled Activities report is designed for export to Excel for further filtering and analysis.

  • Days from Due Date column shows:

a) days overdue or days until due (if not completed), or

b) number of days completed early (negative number) or late (positive number).

  • Once the report is run, the cell under the Days from Due Date column is RED for items more than 5 days overdue, YELLOW for items 0 to 5 days overdue, and GREEN for items completed prior to due date or incomplete and not yet due (negative numbers show countdown to due date):
