The Scheduled Activities Detail report allows you to view scheduled activities, including Progress Reports, To-Dos, Appointments, Firm Goals, and Ad hoc Goals (depending on the Task Types selected), that are completed or due during the selected date range for your firm.
The sort options allow you to group results by Lead, Assignee, or Claimant, or to see them chronologically, with the most overdue items at top (the default).
Total counts for each task type are shown in the report header:
The report is formatted for export to Excel, where you can filter the view further or keep it handy as an offline reference to track items that are due soon.
Parameters:
Start Date and End Date (required) limit results to activities whose due date or completed date falls within the date range.
Task Types to Include can limit results to only one Task Type (To Do, Appointment, Progress Report, Firm Goal, or Ad hoc Goal) or show all of them. The default value is All.
Show completed items? parameter defaults to Completed and Incomplete, or you can choose to limit results to only Completed, or Incomplete activities.
Case Lead is used to restrict results to cases with a particular individual or group of individuals in the Lead role.
Assigned To lets you limit results to particular assignees.
^Let me pick inactive Leads or Assigneds^ checkbox (unchecked by default) is used to include inactive VRCs in the Case Lead and Assigned To parameter drop-downs. Inactive VRCs will not be included unless this box is checked.
Case Status defaults to Open and Closed cases, or you can choose to limit results to only open, or closed cases.
Service parameter allows you to narrow the results to a particular service or services. If left showing None selected, then all services will be included.
Sort By parameter defaults to Due Date (oldest/most overdue at the top). The other choices include: Claimant, Assigned To, and Case Lead.
Notes:
The Days from Due Date column shows RED for items more than 5 days overdue, YELLOW for items 0 to 5 days overdue, and GREEN for items completed prior to due date or incomplete and not yet due (negative numbers show countdown to due date).
Admins can also use the “My Scheduled Items” report (in the Reports drop-down on your Dashboard) to see only your assigned items. Once the report runs with its default setting of Case Lead defining for the Show items where I am… parameter, you’ll need to change that to Assigned and run it again.
