Q: Is there a way to see billing for the whole month, not just the current week?

A: Yes. From the Claim Works Dashboard, click on the report link you are interested in running and the report viewer tab will open.

From the report creator screen, you can specify what information you would like reported to you. Pick a start and end date in the right-hand panel. Then click Preview in the bottom right-hand corner.

The Start and End dates may apply to the dates the case notes were created, completed, submitted or invoiced, depending on the report selected:

Claim Works will present you with a graph or a breakdown of billing information for the date range you specified, based on the appropriate case note dates for the status selected.

Q: How do you find the miles traveled for the day and the time for travel/wait?

A: You can click on the Reports link on the Dashboard and select a specific report to see details on what you have billed over a given period of time (including mileage and travel/wait time). If you export the report to Excel, you can filter the Charge Type column to show only those charges you wish to see, making it easy to get totals for longer time periods, as well.
