My Contributors' Hours Report

Updated over a year ago

The My Contributors' Hours report shows summaries of billing on your direct referral cases and on indirect referrals assigned to you to help estimate your “farm-out” pay for a specified period or get an overview of the activity on all your referred cases.

Separate tables summarize billing on referred cases and assigned indirect referral cases. A third table (Combined Details) shows all case note charges by charge type included in the above summaries:

Parameters:

  • Start and End Date parameters (required) are applied to filter case notes to what has been completed within the date range. The report runs automatically with a default date range of the most recent two weeks.

  • Case Note Status parameter (required) allows you to select only what has been billed (invoiced status), what will be billed (submitted status), what has been completed but is not ready for billing (draft status), or all of the above (All, the default selection).

  • Accounts parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to a specific account or group of accounts. If left showing None Selected, then all active and inactive accounts (including any internal, administrative accounts) will be included in the results.

  • ^Let me pick inactive accounts^ checkbox determines whether inactive accounts are included in the choices for selection in the Accounts parameter. To see only active accounts, leave the checkbox unchecked (the default selection), and Select all from the Accounts parameter.

  • Timekeeper VRC parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to case notes completed by a particular individual or team. If left with None Selected, all users who completed case notes for your cases will be included.

  • Case Note Sort Order parameter (required) allows flexible sorting of the case note details table to group the work by when it was done (the default setting), or who did it, or Claim Number (Date Completed, Claim Number, or Timekeeper VRC).

Notes:

  • The My Contributors' Hours report is designed for export to Excel for further filtering and analysis.

  • Charge Types include: Prof. Hrs., Flat Rate, Travel/Wait, Mileage, and Expense.

  • From and To Dates in the summary tables are reflect when the work was done (Completed Date).

  • The Status Date column at the far right of the Combined Details table shows the date of the most recent status (for Draft status this is the date the case note was created).
