The following are important tips that will ensure accurate and complete reporting in Gardiant:
Populate the Inactive Date ONLY if the application has been abandoned prior to submission. Populating the Inactive Date will make the application disappear from the Employer report and only appear in the Details report when the Include Inactive Applications parameter is checked (it defaults to unchecked).
A milestone/status date must be populated for the claim to be identified as eligible in the Employer report. Entering only a Requested Amount or Paid Amount without any dates will not be counted as eligible. Inactive applications are also not counted as eligible.
Submitted Date, Requested Amount, and Requested Days should always be entered for a submitted application. Otherwise, the reports will only show partial data. Same for Paid Date and Paid Amount.
