In order to search for an existing JA, go through the JA tab on the case in question, click on the +JA button, and select Search existing JAs:
If you work in multiple firms, you are able to see the firm options in the top left-hand corner of the Search window, under the Firm drop-down:
You are able to Search in the JA bank (added to the bank) or in All JAs (generated and/or saved JAs):
