Appointments - overview

To create an Appointment, enter at least a title, due date, and the name of an assignee. You can also attach documents and contacts, just like on a case note.

On the Case Home tab of the case, you can differentiate the Appointments from other tasks by the calendar icon that is displayed in front of the task:

Appointments show up on your Dashboard and on the Dashboard of the assignee under the Appointments tab:

Appointments are not added to your Outlook calendar but are used within the system for your own information.
