Q: When I make a change and go to save a document with the Word Add-In, I get a window that says MS Word Compatibility Checker. How can I fix this?
A: In order to remove the Compatibility Checker window, un-check the box for Check compatibility when saving documents, and click Continue:
Then click on the Gardiant Word Add-In button in the ribbon, which will re-open the save panel, and Save:
