[Admin report] Account Data Export

In order to run the Accounts Data Export report, go through the Reports tab and the Bulk Data Extracts sub-tab:

The Account Data Export report includes all the basic information about an account, most recent activity for the employer’s L&I account (including premium billed and payment made), along with account-level summary information for claims, such as a count of all claims and open claims, totals for the claim budget categories and calculations, and average losses. Budget information is summarized both by individual plan years and for all plan years if the account is a retro account. For other accounts, non-retro totals are available.

The report will run automatically after clicking the report link as there are no required parameters to provide.

The bulk data extract reports can be used to export data to systems external to Gardiant, or to create customized reporting workbooks that perform additional calculations using the raw data, with raw data being refreshed for each reporting period by copying the data contents from the csv file (opened in Excel) to the Excel workbook.

Note: The Account Data Export report is reviewing and presenting a lot of data so it may take several minutes to run.

There are two optional parameters:

  • Accounts parameter allows you to filter results to specific accounts (the default with None selected is to show all accounts);

  • Include Inactive Accounts checkbox determines whether inactive accounts are included in the choices for selection in the Accounts parameter (default is to show only active accounts). To see only active accounts, leave the checkbox unchecked (the default selection) and Select All (or a subset of) accounts from the Accounts parameter.
