Click the Cases tab to access the cases page:
Select My Cases sub-tab to see a list of every open case for which you are the Lead VRC (designated with a star at the beginning of the case line) or a Contributor.
Closed cases will not show in your My Cases list but they can be found by using the Search sub-tab on the left-hand side of the screen or, if closed within the last 60 days, under the Recently Closed sub-tab.
