When sharing a case (adding a contributor to a case) or if you yourself are a contributor, please keep in mind that a contributor:

  • cannot delete Case or Claim Comments (except the ones created by the contributor in question) - any requests for deleting comments from a case should be directed to the Lead or Referred VRC of the case or to an administrator,

  • cannot edit the Billing Information (Case Info tab),

  • cannot edit the Referral information (Case Info tab),

  • does not receive notifications about Claim File Notes (RLOGs) or any other CAC related notifications.

Note: The Recently Closed case list will show your recently closed cases where you are lead VRC or contributor.
