Contributor role

When sharing a case (adding a contributor to a case) or if you yourself are a contributor, please keep in mind that a contributor:

  • Cannot delete Case or Claim Comments (any requests for deleting comments from a case should be directed to the Lead Claims Consultant on the case or to an administrator),

  • Cannot edit the Billing Information (Case Info tab),

  • Cannot edit the Referral information (Case Info tab),

  • Cannot edit the Claim Type (under the Claim Info tab - Claim sub-tab),

  • Does not receive notifications about documents, claim file notes - RLOG messages (CAC related notifications).

“Recently Closed” case list will only show your recently closed cases where you are the lead claims consultant or a contributor.
