Gardiant shows a birthday indicator on your Cases list to help you build a stronger relationship with your claimants on their special day.
When the claimant's birthday is today, the day before or the next day, a red balloon icon will show up in front of the claimant's name in the My Cases list:
As you hover over the icon, you see a different message depending on the DOB (Date of Birth):
The day of the claimant's birthday:
The day after the claimant's birthday:
The day before the Claimant's birthday:
The birthday indicator also shows up in the case header once you open the case:
Note: All other case tags will not be affected by the birthday indicator.
