For a fast way to search for a specific case, from the Cases tab, you can click on the arrow next to the Case Note and select the Go To Case option:
You can use the first or last name, or the State Claim# to search for a claim:
The results displayed will be for open cases only:
Note: The search will work on My Cases, All Open Cases, or after you have done a search and you received too many results. The search might not be successful if done on the Recently Closed when the claim you are looking for does not have an open case.
