A printable case note synopsis (without billing information) is available via the Print All action link at the top of the case notes list on the Case Home tab:
Parameters:
Earliest Complete Date and Latest Complete Date parameters (required) are applied to filter activities that have been completed within the date range. The report runs automatically with a default date range of the most recent 31 days.
Show Non-Billable Activities parameter (required) allows you show only billable, only non-billable, or both types of activities. The default value is Billable.
Disclaimer Text (optional) can be added to the report if you so wish. The information typed here will show up at the top and bottom of the report. If you have a standard disclaimer for claim communications just copy it into this parameter field.
The report provides a list of case notes that can be (1)exported to PDF or Word and then saved to your local drive or (2)printed immediately from the HTML view by using the Print button:
