Claim File Notes are viewable in a formatted full width list to allow easier viewing and searching.
All users are able to see the Claim File Notes sub-tab under the Claim Info tab of any given L&I claim:
The type of Claim File Note is shown in each entry.
Comments can be made on any individual Claim File Note, and Case Notes and To-Dos can be created from each Claim File Note.
The Claim File Notes are automatically brought over from CAC and notifications are generated as soon as they are added to the claim.
