Whenever you use a Word document to convert to PDF, usually when creating a Closing Report, and you see Error! No text of specified style in document. in the header,
take the following steps to fix this error:
edit the Word document in question,
open the header section to be edited, use CTRL+A to highlight the information in the header, and press CTRL+SHIFT+F9,
save the changes to the document,
generate the Closing Report again.
