[Q&A] Service Location Doesn't Match Branch Location

Q: Why does the Service Location not match the Branch Location?

A: Claims are created in Gardiant Works with information that is displayed in HOD/VocLink at the time the referral is created. Sometimes no information is entered for the Service Location, sometimes the information is incorrect and it is corrected at a later time.

The information that is showing on the Case Info tab is the way L&I entered it at the time the referral was created. L&I might change or remove the information after the claim creation in Gardiant Works. If the data is incorrect, users with Edit Referral and Assignment Info permission in Gardiant can change the Service Location information:
