You have the ability to add a comment at case or claim level.
For a comment to stay at case level, it needs to be entered from the Case Header.
When a comment is added at the claim level, that comment will be shared on all cases with the same claim number.
If you want to share a comment with all the cases under a claim, you want to enter that comment from one of the following tabs:
Claim Info,
Contacts,
Documents.
