Comments are a useful place to put information about a case to which you need easy access, such as the worker’s SID, the web address to access grades/registration, the name of the medical records person or the extension number of the AP.
There are multiple places in the Gardiant Works where you can create a Comment for your case.
All Comments can be accessed from the Comment link in the case header, next to the Case Note button:
To keep case comments as the claim advances from 810, 812, 830, etc., enter it at the claim level. Any comment added at the claim level will be shared on all cases with the same claim number.
