You are able to add billing contacts to an Account that can then be added to any case at the time of a new case creation or on a case that is linked to that Account.
To add a Global Contact, go to the Accounts tab and, from the Account in question, the Global Contacts can be added, edited, and saved on the Contacts tab:
Once the Global Contacts are added to the Account, the information on the contact can be edited or the contact can be deleted.
To change the way the Global Contact prepopulates at the time of the case creation, you can use the Change button to edit this option:
At the time of creating a case, the contact will default to “Ask to Prepopulate for New Cases” unless when the contact was created, a different option was selected for that contact:
In order to add a Global Contact to an existing case, access the case and, from the +Contact button under the Contacts tab, you have the option to add the Global Contact(s):
