The Activities tab is the place where you can:

  • Create, edit, or deactivate/reactivate activities.

  • Associate activities with Progress Report activity types.

  • Assign activity to an engagement group and engagement type.

  • Specify one or more activities as fulfilling the VR Plan Submission L&I QA element.

  • Specify one or more activities to fulfill the RTW Needs Discussed with Worker L&I QA element.

You can create a new activity by going through the Admin tab, the Activities sub-tab on the left-hand side of the screen, and then selecting +Activity:

When creating a new activity, you can give it a name, assign Progress Report Activity Type(s), assign it to an Engagement Group and Engagement Type, or mark it as an activity that fulfills VR Plan Submission or RTW Needs Discussed with Worker:

If you are not sure which Progress Report activity type to select, when you check any of the four boxes, you will be given an explanation for that activity type:

Once you create an activity, you are able to Edit or Deactivate it:

From this list, you will be able to Activate any of the inactive activities.

Q&A

Q: What happens when an activity is removed? For example, if it is a duplicate.

A: When you remove an existing activity, it will no longer show up in lists and drop-downs. Previous case notes will not be affected and they do not need to be changed to a new activity.

Q: How do I associate an activity with a particular rate that is specific to that activity?

A: In the Rate Schedule tab, you can edit any rate schedule to include or modify rates associated with specific activity types. See [Notes] Rate Schedules Knowledge Base article for more details.
