Q: Why are there Activity Codes missing in the drop-down when entering a Case Note?

A: If there are Activity Codes missing in the drop-down on a Case Note that means that those Activities are not assigned to the Service that is on the case. You can make the Activities available by assigning them to the Service in question.

First, go to the Case Info tab to find out what Service is involved:

Then go to the Admin tab and the Services sub-tab, access the service in question, go to the Activities tab on the service, and Edit:

Assign the activities needed by highlighting the activity on the left-hand side of the screen and moving it to the right-hand side of the screen either by double clicking on the code or using the arrow at the top of the section with the codes, and Save:

Going back to the case in question, you will be able to see the assigned Activity Code in the drop-down:
