[Admin] Adjust service fee cap

When a fee cap changes for a service, you first need to adjust the fee cap on that service so new cases are created with the correct fee cap, but you also need to adjust the budget on the already created, open cases.

For the first step, in order to edit the fee cap on the service, go to the Admin tab and the Services sub-tab, find the service in question, and open it. Then click the Edit button and update the fee cap:

This change will affect new cases that are created with this service going forward.

The next step is to adjust the budget on existing, open cases by searching for the cases with the service in question.

Go through the Cases tab, the Search sub-tab, select the service from the Services drop-down, and Search:

Depending on the difference in the fee cap, you need to adjust the case budget on each case by adding or subtracting that amount. Open one case at a time, go through the Case Info tab, and Adjust Case Budget:

Note: If the fee cap was lowered and you need to subtract money, please add a minus (-) symbol in front of the amount. When raising the fee cap, nothing needs to be entered before the amount to be added.
