Examples of Custom Case Tags

Depending on the needs of your firm, you can create a multitude of case tags using the different shapes and colors available.

You can focus on using different colors to create tags that represent different phases of a claim. For example, Blue for 810 (Assessment), Purple for 830 (Plan Development), Red for 808 (Stand Alone Job Analysis):

Color code the time frames on a certain type of case. For example, on an 830 (PD) you can use a Green tag for the first 30 days of the case, Yellow/Caution going into next 60 days, and Red going into last 90 days:

You can color code the priority. For example, when there are high priority actions needed to be taken on cases, create a tag that has the color red; for lesser time sensitive priority cases create a tag that is the color orange, and so on:

Create tags for different cities/areas in the event that somebody wants to see at a glance how many cases are in a specific area when setting up appointments:

Create tags with the name of the referral types:
