Q: Sometimes remarks and explanations in the PDF version of the remittance advice don't match up with the remarks and explanations in the system. How can I match them?
A: Use the search feature in the Reconcile tab to cross-reference. Also, having the PDF version of the remittance advice open at the same time is useful, because you can copy the ICN from the system, and then search for that ICN in the PDF to see if there is additional information from L&I.
