Q: Can I reconcile unpaid L&I billing items that were billed through Latitude after we move to Gardiant Works?

A: Pre-Gardiant Works L&I billing items need to be reconciled by manual adjustment or re-submission. Be sure to save all the necessary reports from Latitude to enable tracking in Excel. It’s a good idea to reconcile as many items in Latitude as possible before the transition.
