[Admin report] L&I Paid and Unpaid Summary

The L&I Paid and Unpaid Summary report is used to get an overview of L&I billing status and identify payment problem areas.

One way to access this report is by going through the Reports tab and the Billing Reports sub-tab:

Another way to access the L&I Paid and Unpaid Items report is from the Invoice tab under the Reports button:

The report displays the summary of L&I billing items invoiced during the selected date range with tables showing In Process, Paid, and Denied totals by Service and by Timekeeper VRC:

Parameters:

  • Start and End Date parameters (required) filter items to those invoiced within the selected date range.

  • Customer Account parameter (required) is pre-populated if your firm has only one L&I account. If your firm has multiple L&I accounts (e.g., a vocational account and a testing account), you will need to select one or more of them.

  • Service parameter (optional) allows you to narrow the results to a particular service or services. If left showing None Selected, then all services will be included.

  • Timekeeper VRC parameter (optional) lets you limit results to work done by a particular individual or team. If left with None Selected, all VRCs with L&I billing during the date range will be included.

Note:

  • Data migrated from Latitude included only unpaid items. If the date range includes migrated data, results will not be accurate. Results will be accurate for any items invoiced and reconciled in Gardiant Works.
