[Q&A] Case Error - Missing VRC Number

Q: When I am trying to create an LNI EDI invoice, I am getting an error that the VRC Provider Number is missing. How can I fix this?

A: In order to fix this invoicing error, you will need to check the Gardiant user profile for the VRC(s) who have completed Case Notes that have been included in this invoice on the indicated case, and add the missing VRC provider number.

To make the update, go through Admin tab > Users sub-tab > Edit profile > Billing Info tab > Edit > enter VRC provider number > Accept > Save:
