The L&I Referral Phase Durations report can assist you with providing L&I with this information. To access the report in Gardiant, go to the Reports tab (1) > Case Reports sub-tab (2) > L&I Referral Phase Durations report (3):
Parameters:
Referral Type - The report runs automatically for Vocational Recovery (VR) referral type. You can use the Referral Type parameter if you want to choose a different referral type to run the report.
Lead VRC (optional) is used to restrict results to cases with a particular VRC or group of VRCs in the Lead VRC role.
Check the parameter box to Include case details and run the report to see how many total and open cases are for the claim, and if there are any extensions, exceptions or ADMX cases.
Notes:
Under the Summary by Year section, at the top of the report, you get the number of currently open referrals with the most recent year at the top.
Below the Summary by Year section, you get a list of referrals with the VR referral open the longest at the top.
Click on the claim number to go to the case in question for further review.
The report can be exported to Excel.
